Major Responsibilities 
  • Business Results- ability to take Insights into Action to drive business results and Category growth.  
  • Customer/ Team Management- frequent and varied interaction with Customer and Multi-functional Teams. Involves exchange of complex information and persuasion/influence. Coordinates resources as needed.  
  • Category Advisory Services-analysis of situations/data requires in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Applies good judgment in selecting methods/techniques/criteria. Works closely with the Customer to influence strategic execution and decision making on assigned categories. Provides Category inputs to Business Planning process.  
  • People Development-can provide guidance to others.  

 

Job Experience and Educational Prerequisite s
  • Typically requires 5-7+ years CPG experience, including Customer Sales and Sales Analytics  
  • BS/BA Degree
