Achieves
volume/ net customer sales objectives for assigned categories consistent with
Category Strategies, Customer Business Plans and efficient Trade Spending.
¨
Ensures
that MAPS objectives are achieved.
¨
Manages
customer key performance indicators to achieve supply side efficiencies.
¨
Achieves
Grocery Cost of Sales Objectives for Assigned area.
¨
Leads
key customer relationship for assigned geography.
¨
Achieves
Category Management goals for assigned geographic/ targeted customers/
categories.
¨
Works
collaboratively with cross-functional Team members to achieve improved demand/
supply side performance at targeted customers.
¨
Develop
specific Region Customer strategies and priorities to deliver business
objectives.
¨
Ensures
appropriate broker capability and capacity necessary to achieve objectives.
¨
Trains
and develops the Broker on systems and processes.
¨
Executes
Broker Partnership Project annually.
¨
Ensures
the appropriate Broker motivation/ reward and recognition systems are in place.
¨
Owns
on boarding and orientation for all direct reports and support staff. Provides input into the recruiting
process. Owns personal development
plan.
¨
Provides
input in the development of Sales Strategy and Policy.
¨
Ensures
Corporate and Functional policy compliance.
